I am glad to share my views about this venture and also the team behind this project. First of all appreciate the daring decision taken by this team to venture into such an area of Montessori which has remained untouched by many Material Manufacturers.

The language materials, The Montessori movement is badly in need of quality material manufacturers in this area.It is nice to see a trained Montessorian taking up this work and meeting the needs of the Houses of Children.

Navaneetha, has a good backing up of experienced Montessorians who has also worked in a similar set up. The commitment, dedication and the enthusiastic approach of Srinidhi and his team is a hope for Montessorians.

Since these specialised areas need constant updating it becomes important to have right people for such jobs. I am happy to note that the team is young, fresh and keen on offering their best. I am sure they will invest their time and effort in research, exploring new ideas, new activities on a continuous basis.

Srinidhi has evolved himself into a keen, focused individual with strong ethics and values. His ever readiness to take feedback, learn is a symbol of 'true montessorian'. He is a rare combination of true 'Montessorian, entrepreneur and a hard working' person. I am impressed with the variety of materials that they make. Often it is seen that HOC's will retain the same materials for years together.

Working adults find it difficult to make new materials on regular basis. I am sure team Navaneetha will respond to these needs on regular basis. Considering the potential of the people involved my hopes are high in the success of Navaneetha. I wish all the best for 'team Navaneetha'.
